  This surgery just seem to do everything possible not to be helpful!
  -Even when there is a possible solution they will try their best to avoid helping.
  If I had to list the amount of times I have been unhappy with their service I would be on here a long time.
  If I was a partner I wouldn't be proud of how that surgery was run.
  I'm not talking about not getting appointments etc for weeks ...as I understand they are overrun, the general help if you have a problem & need them to help you sort it out.
  Would never recommend anyone to join it & im definitely looking for a more friendly,helpful surgery to move me & my family to.
  I'm not a person who complains very often but this surgery is beyond a joke at times with its service.
  They need a Patient Service manager who trains their staff to help members of the public as much as they can & not try to make things complicated as possible when it's unnecessary.
